Help Coach Jay Beat Multiple Myeloma
My son-in-law Jason is a dedicated husband, father, and sports coach. He's an avid runner and active member of the community. On August 31, 2020, just after his 40th birthday, Jason was diagnosed with multiple myeloma.
This unexpected diagnoses rendered Jason unable to work. Multiple myeloma often attacks the spine. Jay was left with several broken vertebrae. He suffered severe mobility issues from September to December. Thanks to excellent doctors and physical therapy Jay is making a full recovery.
On April 19, 2021 Jay will receive a stem cell transplant at the University of Pennsylvania. This is a critical step in the healing process and will solidify Jay's road to recovery.
March is my birthday month. It's also multiple myeloma awareness month. My birthday wish is to help Jay in his fight. Together we can help Jay make a full recovery.
