Eimy's life saving surgery

Hi my name is Madelyn and I am fundraising for my beloved niece Eimy, who lives in Guatemala and is in need of multiple life saving surgeries that need to be done at soon as possible. Our family does not have the funds for this unexpected emergency. Eimy has many problems which include her intestines being out of place and into her chest cavity putting pressure on her heart, as well as other problems with other organs and masses that need to be removed, her life is at risk and every day that passes is wasted time. She urgently needs life saving surgeries. She has no health insurance in Guatemala and the family has made the difference in money and it amounts to about 20,000 US dollars.
