Help with Living expenses, Family care and Future

As many of you know, today, my son-in-law, Kimball (Dewayne) Ashcraft passed away 7/18/23, while at work. He was a passenger in a work vehicle. They were involved in a head-on collision caused by the other car going the wrong way in a construction zone. What you don't know is that Kimball was on his way back to his vehicle so he could go get Krista and take her to their first ultrasound of their second child. In an instant, the life they had built together was ripped away. She is so grateful for all the love and concern that has been shown her, as well as generosity, but she is also very worried about her and Remi's future. Losing your best friend and partner is bad enough, but also the father to your child and unborn child is almost unbearable for her and she is really struggling. This wasn't the way she wanted to tell people about her pregnancy, since she has severe PCOS and has lost several pregnancies early on, but it's part of the story at this point. She is too sick with morning sickness to deal with much. Krista and Kimball had been discussing life insurance policies just the week before but hadn't decided which one to go with, so they aren't covered. Krista has been a stay-at-home mom for Remi, something Kimball was proud to do for her. Kimball has so many friends and people that love him and whose lives he touched. We are all beyond devastated. Krista thinks it's tacky to "ask" for money, but so many have offered and want to help in any way you can, so we set this up. We also have a venmo set up @Janet-Jeppson as well. Please donate if you feel you can. We sincerely appreciate it. Just go hug your loved ones....
