Hello Family and Friends,
My name is Davena and I'm setting up this fundraiser on behalf of my mother, Elaine Parsons.
My mother is in need of a Liver Transplant and should be undergoing this procedure within the next 30-60 days or sooner if available.
At this time, Elaine has multiple medical appointments getting ready for her procedure and working with a whole team
in Gainesville where the transplant will be held.
My Parents have always been my rock and my whole life they have always opened up their hearts to help others in need in any way they could help.
I'm hoping now that we can work together to help my family during their time of need to take some of the pressure off of them both.
My goal is to make this procedure happen as quickly and go as smoothly as it possibly could be.
The hardship we're facing currently would be to help cover the cost of medical fees, travel costs, and help with a caretaker as well.
My goal is always set higher than expected but even $10 will go a long way if everyone works together to make this happen.
My parents would not ask for help which is why I'm reaching out to you. I'm not ready to lose her to this battle she has been fighting for too long.
I know this "new normal" has affected everyone's lives these past few years but if there is any way to help my family it would be greatly appreciated.
