Elderly man long term recovery

Hello, as many of you know I have been trying to get justice for my dad. 

On 4/6/2021 at 12:23am he was beaten from behind while working at the food 4 less in Baldwin park. My dad works graveyard shift and has been for the past 24+ years. He was getting ready to do his job duties when someone came from behind and knocked him unconscious almost dying from his injuries. We haven’t got any answers to exactly what happened. He has a long recovery ahead of him due to the injuries. He will be off of work for a long time and is my moms main source of income.
