Electric Bike to get myself to work

Hey everyone!

I'm sure everyone knows me, but if you don't, I'm Lilah/Samantha.

I moved to California last February and am in the process of getting my green card and becoming a permanent resident, but i have been able to secure a work permit. Yay!

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to work for the last year and am still in the process of getting a job, so my available funds are next to nothing.

As I said, i am looking for a job, and have multiple interviews already set up and in the works, but I am trying to plan ahead for when I do finally get a job and find a way to reliably get to said Job. The ultimate plan is to get a car, But until then, I am looking to get an Electric Bike, which will make it a lot easier for me to bike longer distances while traveling to and from work.

Here's the issue. Most of the *decent* E-bikes are anywhere from $400 - $800, while the better ones are upwards of $1200. But I'm not looking for anything to fancy, just enough to make it possible for me to comfortablly ride to and from work everyday. So I am setting a goal of $600 for an Electric Bike.
