Electrical fire in attic

On August 9. I was awakened by banging on my front door. My next door neighbor screaming get out your house is on fire.all I could do was grab my the kids and my 3 grandson’s. Witch one of them has special needs. Red Cross gave 824 dollars to help hotel accommodations for 2 nights. More damage from water than the fire. House has to be gutted. Living in hotel is not good for my grandson with special needs. City of Bridgeport doesn’t help
