A year ago in March, 4th 2023 we sent my mom to Chino Valley Hospital she was barely unconscious we didn’t know what was wrong with my mom she couldn’t talk or walk the doctor ran some test. They told us that my mom had a stroke and that they there was a blood clots in her brain and they told us if we let them put an injection called alteplase which makes the blood flow, flow to her brain. They said there a chance it could work or a chance it won’t. So after an hour pass they saw it didn’t work so they transferred her to Pomona Valley Hospital they ran sum test also and they told us that my mom had suffered a stroke in her left side of her brain the doctor told us if we allowed them to do the surgery on her and that they are going to remove her bone in the left side because her brain was getting swallowed and it was putting to much pressure to the brain. After the surgery they had told us that she might not wake up because how bad the stroke impacted her and that she had fallen in a coma. She was connected to a lot of stuff and they only gave us 3 days to talk about disconnecting her or keep her connected to the breathing machine. On Friday March 7, 2023 my mom was giving signs of her waking up so we decided to keep her connected after couple days had pass, she wasn’t able to move the right side of her body because of the stroke. She wasn’t able to talk, eat or walk. But the left side of her body she was able to move it a little. They had told us there was a chance she wasn’t gonna be the same again and we were okay with it. Couples months had passed they told us they are going to transfer her to Gladstone Care Rehabilitation. She still had the feeding tube and the breathing tube on. They had put the bone back in October 3, 2023 at Pomona Valley Hospital. She was improving she started to move her left side of her body more. And she was able to breathe on her own. On May 8, 2024 she was sent to Emanate Health Foothills Presbyterian because her aorta vein ruptured they implanted ELITE filter to help her with her pulmonary embolism. They sent her back to Gladstone Care. On May 30, 2024 she had a seizure and lasted for 3 minutes and they took her to San Dimas Community Hospital they did a CT scan and a MRI scan The results came out the same nothing change everything stay the same. They sent her back to Gladstone Care. Today on June 13, 2024 she had passed away at 8:25am they told us that she was unconscious and they had call 911 and they did CPR they re alive her and she was alive for 10 min and after that she didn’t make it.

My mom was 44 years old she had 4 loving kids two girls and two boys. She unfortunately passed away God had other plans for her. We know she’s in a better place we made peace with it. We all know will see her again and be reunited one day. We know that she isn’t in pain anymore. She was a great mother and a loving husband she care about us and loved us very much.
