Elephant Talk Festival Fundraiser 2025

I’m Jerry Ryan, organizer of the 16th annual Elephant Talk Indie Music Festival.

My budget for a typical festival is around $4k; this year it’s around $10-12k.

This covers the headliners, photography, t-shirts, merch, graphics, promotional materials, and sound crew, etc.

In 2025, I finally decided to use sponsors and build the Elephant Talk Indie brand by bringing in the best bands I could to Tennessee Ave Beer Hall in Atlantic City.

I'd love to go into a festival and not have to worry about paying everyone off door money or worry about weather conditions that could put me in the hole.

My goal is to bring the best indie music festival I can to AC and have sponsors pay for it so I can use door money to pay for our inclusive bowling tournament and make a large donation to a local non-profit.

I’m confident that we will reach the goal and throw the greatest music festival this area has ever seen in year 16.
