Eli Bassan Memorial Endowment Scholarship

This is a campaign organized by Eli's family. 

Eli studied at Olds College in Alberta. His studies there brought him immense joy and lead him toward adventure and friendships he cherished. 

In lieu of flowers and in Eli's memory, we felt it would be meaningful to set up a scholarship for a future Olds College student who may be struggling with mental illness in some capacity. We know pursuing studies while trying to balance life's stresses is difficult, and if Eli's reach can lighten someone's burdens, we feel that it would be a point of pride for Eli. 

We are working to coordinate this type of donation with the college, so have set up this page as a means of collection ahead of having the details confirmed.

Please know that we have no expectations or goals for this campaign, we are just trying to bring some positivity to someone's life in Eli's name. 

Eli had loved ones all over the world, and we think it would be a very special gesture to contribute a unifying gift representing him.
