My name is Brooklyn Moeller, I am creating this GoFundMe for my stepbrother, stepmother and family.

Hello, my name is Eli Van Ark, and I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. On the night of March 8, 2024, I was involved in a critical injury while at my work, and was transported to Froedtert Medical Hospital in Milwaukee where I have undergone several surgeries to my left leg and back which had severe and extensive damage. I will require more surgery to repair damaged muscle tissues and will require tissue grafting along with extensive/intrusive occupational and physical rehabilitation to relearn how to walk again. I could not be any more thankful that I have been under the best care possible with all of the medical staff, surgeons and social workers here at Froedtart Medical Hospital. Any monies donated will be used to help me and my family with traveling expenses, bills, groceries, gas, travel, etc. Thank you to everyone for your gift of support.
