Hi my name is Jo Ann Rivera Rocha. This GoFundMe is being created for my son, Elijah Louis Perez. Unfortunately, Elijah was in a major accident was on toll road 130 at around 5am on April 12th, while going into work. As fortunate as we are to still have him alive and with us, he is fighting for his life. Elijah has already had surgery due to internal bleeding and is still in the hospital awaiting to be scheduled for another surgery for a broken eye socket.

Elijah has a beautiful family with a loving wife, Angela Perez and two beautiful kids, his son, Elijah Perez Jr, and daughter, Elilah Perez. Elilah has a Hypo-Plastic Left Heart Syndrome and has had 2 open heart surgeries and is scheduled for a 3rd open heart surgery.

Elijah has always been the sole provider for his family, and with him currently in the hospital there is no means of income for them. We are hoping this GoFundMe can help Elijah and his family during this time of need.
