Elijah Luczaj our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend passed away on November 3, 2022 following a tragic accident on Halloween.
Elijah was a Senior at East Peoria Community High School and a proud member of the Marching Raiders Band playing the tuba, trombone and trumpet throught the years. He was a lover of nature and a horticulture enthusiast planting a bountiful harvest of pumpkins, gourds, beans and beautiful sunflowers. His memory will live on as friends and family plant #sunflowerseverywhere in his memory.
The Elijah Luczaj Memorial Scholarship Fund has been set up to honor Elijah by providing a scholarship to a senior member of the Marching Raiders Band who showed the same love of the show as Elijah always expressed.
In honor of Elijah's 18th birthday on January 7, 2023, Elijah's friends and family are challenged to donate $18 before May of 2023 to help establish and grow this fund. Donations can be made here or directly to any CEFCU Member Center in Central Illinois or mail to CEFCU at:
