Eli’s Handcrafted Ice Cream Start-up Fundraiser

Thank you for taking the time to read about my fundraiser. This fundraiser is to raise funds for the start-up costs of Eli’s Handcrafted Ice Cream. Your help to get this company started will have a positive impact on our community and those who serve it.

Our company has two core values, both of which are expressed in our mission statement. Our mission statement is, "Produce high-quality artisan ice cream while supporting the community and those who serve it."

So how will this fundraiser support the people who serve our community? I am pledging that for every dollar raised in this fundraiser, up to my fundraiser goal, Eli's will donate that same amount to a cause that supports PTSD in first responders/veterans as we grow our business and start to make a profit.

I started this journey last year in my home kitchen. The demand and support for my ice cream continues to inspire me and is driving me to take the next step with this business. So what does this next step mean? It means the purchase of a commercial ice cream machine and other necessary equipment to get us churning out more ice cream. Your support will go a long way toward Eli’s getting to the next step.

If you haven’t tried our ice cream yet, I hope you can soon, it is handcrafted and produced in small batches. We are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and we are eager for you to be our next customer!
