Eli’s Health Care Costs

Hi, my name is Jonathan and I am fundraising for my cousin Eli. He was hit by a utility truck while crossing the road in Midvale, UT.

UPDATE FROM ELI'S BROTHER, ADAM:

"Monday was a long rough day for us. We spent most of the day processing terrible news- Eli's MRI showed severe (likely permanent) brain damage.

Through the day we made the difficult decision to remove life support. Shortly thereafter (early Tuesday morning) Eli passed peacefully away. We are heartbroken at this unexpected loss but are grateful for our knowledge that families can be together forever. We love you Eli."

Eli's sister, Emily, will have control of these funds to disburse and use them as necessary.
