Help Cover Eli’s Lodging Costs For The Booby Chop

I am FINALLY getting top surgery in January!!

Right now I am starting with what I need for a week in a hotel, save for a couple hundred bucks. I need to be close to the Cleveland clinic (which is 3 hours away) as I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and want to be near just in case I am one of the lucky few that experiences post op complications. The hotel I am trying to stay in is around 1.1k for a week.

If I make enough for that I will possibly raise any lost funds for my recovery, as I am the sole income earner for my household. But im starting “small” (even though I know this is no small ask).

I am so grateful to have Medicaid cover my entire surgery, but unfortunately these are the things that are not covered. I honestly am still in a state of disbelief that my lifelong discomfort is about to be alleviated, and I cannot wait to get to live the rest of my life more free than I’ve ever been.
