Elise Poirier's House Fire Recovery Fund

Hi Everyone,

This is a recovery fund for our beloved friend and bandmate, Elise Poirier, who over the weekend has endured a devastating house fire at their apartment in Bay City, MI. The sudden electrical fire caught her by surprise as she managed to flee the building with her partner, two cats (Monkey and Skittle), and two cherished guitars. Immense damage to Elise's unit has left her with little to nothing left to salvage.

We wanted to start this recovery fund in order to help Elise recoup some of her material losses (from her clothes, cell phone, ID, and other personal belongings to larger items like furniture and musical / stereo equipment), missed work, and any additional re-housing expenses. We are so thankful that she has escaped this disaster in a stable physical condition and hope that we can raise enough money to assist with her emotional and financial loss.

Elise has long contributed her dynamic, caring energy to our group, among many others around the country and beyond, so it's the least we can do to extend our support. Her tenderness has nourished so many of us, and we invite you join us in reciprocally showing up for her in this difficult time.
