Elixir Re-open

Hi, Chef Chris here. I have been cooking for 25 years. I have done every job in a restaurant kitchen. My first job was as a dishwasher, and my last job was as the Chef at Elixir Restaurant in White River Junction, Vermont.

Owning a restaurant has always been a goal of mine. I now have the opportunity to buy Elixir. Elixir has always enjoyed great support and an excellent reputation in the Upper Valley community. Purchasing the restaurant would enable me to carry on the Elixir tradition and add my own touch to it.

White River Junction is undergoing a revival of the community. Elixir was one of the forerunners of this revival, and I would like to make sure that it stays a part of the revival.

With a successful fundraiser, I will be able to reopen the restaurant's door on June first of this year.

This fundraiser, along with the money I have in hand, will ensure a solid financial base for the reopening of Elixir and its continued success.
