Elizabeth Forward High School Musical Theatre

Hello,
As many of you know there was a tragic fire this morning at Elizabeth Forward High School. Unfortunately, this fire completely wiped out the auditorium, and music wing, and ruined some of the school. The students of the Elizabeth Forward Theatre Arts Program have worked tirelessly to put on a phenomenal show. Many of our cast, crew, and student leaders were working on their last show - and it was sure to be something special. It is truly heartbreaking to imagine how devastated these students are.
The students have lost their set, their microphones and lights, their costumes, and so much more. One thing we don't want to see them "lose" is their hope. To the students, we are so proud of every one of you for all of the hard work you have put in so far and plan to build back.
If any of you know the staff members, parents, and students involved with the show you know that the show must go on, and will happen one way or another. The Musical Theatre Program has had so many amazing members of the Musical Theatre Community, as well as the Elizabeth Forward Community itself, reach out in regards to helping make sure these kids can share their incredible talents with all of us. The kind words, love, and support are appreciated more than you know. I have set up this fundraiser as a way to make sure that these kids can perform the show they have worked so incredibly hard on. The cost to repurchase materials and costumes in such a short amount of time will add up quickly. The musical students this year deserve to have the best show possible, and any contributions toward making that happen are so greatly appreciated. With so much uncertainty revolving around when or if a new facility can be built, it is important that the program can sustain itself for current AND future students.
