Elizabeth’s Breast Cancer Fight

Hello! My name is Christy, I work with Elizabeth in Radiology. As a recent Breast Cancer Warrior myself, I know how stressful a diagnosis like this can be not only for yourself, but for your family.

Elizabeth is a wife and mother of two. She was diagnosed in a recently with Triple Negative Breast Cancer.

These last few weeks have been a whirlwind for her to say the least…

She was scheduled to have a double mastecomy and port placement scheduled on May 9th in Wichita. But Triple Negative Breast Cancer typically grows very fast and can be very aggressive-

luckily Elizabeth got the call today that her surgery is now scheduled for April 4th!!

Her oncologist will her start on chemotherapy regimen once the results from surgery are back.

The surgery itself is a major ordeal but the reconstruction is also a tough process, that will require her to have to go back and forth from Wichita quite a lot in addition to going to her chemotherapy treatments.

Anything you’d be willing to donate would be use it towards groceries, travel expenses, and/or medical bills.
