Elizamar Almanza (Organ Transplant)

Hi this is Jose and I'm reaching out to everybody to help and save my daughter.

I feel bad to ask for help but I don't know what other options I have. My daughter Elizamar is only 31 and had a bad diabetes issue with her health. She already lost one eye and lost most vision with her other eye but the worst thing is that if she doesn't get a new kidney it could or likely be fatal.

Elizamar is a full time nurse and her insurance will only pay 75% of her transplant and the rest is on our family. We are putting our money together and saving the best we can but are scared that we won't have enough or be able to save my daughter. My daughter Elizamar went to school to be a nurse because she loves to take care of the sick and needed. Our family would appreciate any help that you could give to my daughter. Thank you everybody and I wouldn't post this if I had no other options.
