Ella perks.

Hi my name is Donna mills I have opened this account for my niece Ella perks who is just a child 17 years of age battling a horrible disease.

Ella has an aggressive form of lymphoblastic leukleukaemia which will mean she will have to under go 6 months of intense treatment. This treatmeant will then have to continue for the next 2/3 years.

A plan for chemo has been started from today 21/08/2024 and we will still not know every detail until the the next 4 weeks.

It’s going to be a very long process we do not yet know if a bone marrow transplant or stem cell transplant is needed.

Ella is just a 17 year old girl with her whole life ahead of her

She was due a scholarship in Germany next year which her high school gave her this opportunity with all her hard work she put into her school life not only has this effected her career this is going to effort her future we have been told she will not be able to have children as her eggs can’t be frozen as the cancer is that aggressive. we as a family are just heartbroken. Ellas mom and dad are going through every parents worse nightmare not only having to look after Ella’s siblings who are absolutely heartbroken.

we as a community want to pull together to help this family to take some pressure from them while they are by Ella’s side every single day.

every single penny will be given to Ella and her family to help where help can be given
