Our mother Ellen Denise Phegley

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Ellen Denise Phegley. Ellen was a sweet soul who will be deeply missed by her family and friends. We are raising money to cover the costs of the funeral and memorial services for Ellen's family as this passing was completely unexpected.
