Help a veteran lay his wife to rest

My name is Benjamin Edwards of plainfield indiana. My mother in law, Ellen Shackleton, 69 of Syracuse NY passed away suddenly February 23 after falling out of bed. We think she had a heart attack but that's just preliminary. My father in law, Randy Lobdell, at this point zero clue what he is going to do. She did not have life insurance to cover for a funeral so he doesn't know how he is going to bury her. Randy is a veteran of our United States Army, 10th mountain division 101st airborne. He deployed to NYC right after Sept 11 to help protect the cities bridges and tunnels. He served this country during a time when our freedoms were under attack. Let's lift Randy up off of the ground in his great time of sorrow and loss, and show him we have his back. All he wants is to lay his wife Ellen to rest. Randy and Ellen both lived off of social security and shared the bills. Another thing he doesn't know is what he is going to do by himself. Ellen did have her share of heath problems, but was still very active and this was very unexpected. She was a diabetic and a cancer survivor. Please help us help Randy put his mind at ease and put our mom to rest. Thank you and God bless.
