Elle's puppy Oliver in the ICU

Elle was out of town when she got the phone call nobody ever wants to get. Her dog Oliver was brought to the hospital. The woman who was caring for him found him bleeding and not breathing, possibly from biting an electric cord. The pet sitter gave him CPR and rushed him to the hospital. Oliver has fluid in his lungs and is having trouble breathing. They had to put him in an oxygen chamber. Oliver is also suffering from neurological issues like difficulty standing and walking. They don't think he can currently see.

The current vet bill is estimated to be over $7,000. Please help donate to this poor suffering puppy's medical bills. Anything over the cost of the medical care will be donated to the Dumb Friend's League. Thank you so much.
