Elle's Recovery Journey

Hello friends and family. As many of you know Elle Marie Burgess has been Diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or ( ALL ). This news was completely unexpected and we are currently in a complete state of shock. Our lives are forever changed but we are 100% confident in our treatment plan and the overall prognosis of this particular cancer. We can’t thank everyone enough so far for keeping us in your prayers . These next 6-9 months are going to be hard on Elle due to the number of treatments of chemotherapy, blood draws and lumbar punctures that are required. Since she is going to require more care, Alexis does not currently have a return date to work unfortunately and will be Elle's full time caregiver. We’ve gotten a lot of offers on how to help and at first, we had no clue what we needed or what was in store for our new life. We are not typically ones to ask for help publicly but we know this journey will comes with good days and hard ones. Knowing that, we want to be prepared. . In addition to what some people close have contributed we are creating a page for donations that will specifically benefit Elle directly. We are so grateful for an amazing support system and fully acknowledge any and all help we can get. The amount selected for help is directed exclusively for any costs that help Elle in her journey in living cancer free. Thank you for taking your time to read Elle’s story.
