Love and Support for Elliah
Donation protected
Elliah Terry is a loving wife and mother to 3 beautiful children ages 17, 14 and 9.
In need of many prayers and financial support for a rare and surprising medical procedure.
On July 23, 2020, Elliah “Ellie” Terry was sitting in a surgeon’s office, moments from scheduling an auto-transplant of her left kidney (a much-needed surgery for her rare and painful vascular disorder) when she was told there was also something wrong with her heart.
The auto-transplant was put on hold while she switched gears and doctors. After many tests in August, she learned that in addition to the vascular disorder, she has a rare congenital heart defect. With the defect causing 100% compression of her LAD artery, her case has been deemed “the worst” that world specialists have ever seen.
This December, she and her husband will travel 10 hours to Stanford University in California for Ellie to have a special open-heart surgery to fix the birth defect and hopefully get her life back. They will need to stay in California for nearly a month, after which she will return home and begin 6 months of cardiac rehab, before undergoing the auto-transplant for her vascular disorder.
All money raised will be used for travel, lodging and medical expenses not covered by insurance. As of now because Elliah's case is so rare and extreme the only Doctor able to perform the surgery is located at Stanford University 700 miles away and her insurance as of now, has yet to approve the surgery. Elliah and Jeremiah are not ones to ask for any help, but I can’t think of a person more deserving. Any funds will be greatly appreciated!
