I keep starting this sentence and backing up over and over again because I’m trying to find the words for this and it’s almost impossible. My name is Julie and my best friends name is Candace. She has been my best friend for over 25 years. My best friends life and heart was shattered when she got the call that no parent would ever want to get. My best friend lost her baby girl and she was 10 days away from her 18th birthday. I’m starting this go fund me because Candace and Elliana mean and meant the world to me. I can go on and on about all the things that her and her family have done for me and how good of people they are. But this isn’t about me. I’m doing this because I know my best friend and her family and instead of asking for help they will just do it all themselves. They shouldn’t have to and I don’t want them to. I want Candace to be able to give her daughter everything she wants and more for her memorial. The last thing she should have to do is worry about finances while grieving her baby girl.
