Ellie's surgery and beyond

As some of you are aware Ellie was born with a heart condition tetralogy of Fallot, when she was 6 weeks old she underwent a stent procedure were they discovered her severe pulmonary stenosis. Since this she's under gone 1 open heart surgery and 5 catheter lab (stent + ballooning ) surgeries, Her last Cath lab procedure in September 2024 was completely unsuccessful leaving her no other option but to have another open heart surgery to completely reconstruct her arteries leading to her heart early this year (still waiting for a date) along with more surgeries throughout her life. this is devastating news as you can imagine myself and Ciaran have left work to support her and each other at this scary time. my mental health has been poor to say the least since Ellies birth and diagnosis. We have a mortgaged home witch me and Ciaran have worked hard for and wouldn't have if it wasn't for the financial help and support from family and friends throughout Ellies previous surgeries.

So I am fundraising to help with the costs of keeping our home, helping with childcare fees for Ellies younger brother, traveling to and from Liverpool and living in Liverpool while Ellie recovers. any money left over will go towards camping holidays, days out etc that Ellie can help us plan while in recovery giving her some exiting family time to look forward to.

I will be walking 15,000 steps a day until Ellies surgery using my fit bit to update my Facebook and any other platform I use.
