Elliott family in need of our help.

Hi, my name is Bonnie and I'm fundraising for a family in need of financial help.

Their 13 year old son is hospitalized at the Montreal Children's Hospital since June 9th.

Matt first started having symptoms around mid May when the school brought the attention to the parents, Bradley and Geraldine. He was complaining of muscle aches and fatigue. It then progressed over the coming week until he was sleeping through his year end exams. He was the same at home, always sleeping.

He then developed mouth sores, sore throat and gums. He couldn't eat, resulting in significant weight loss.

The father is a truck driver between Canada/USA border and the mother is a part time employee at McDonald's restaurant.

Neither can work due to this situation.

Matt is currently being assesed for low white blood cell count, low sodium levels, pneumonia, fluid build up in his organs and stomach protein deficiencies.

Mom and Dad will be taking turns staying with Matt as he has a 4 year old sister at home.

The money contributed will help with the day to day expenses, traveling back and forth to the hospital, etc.
