Elliott Kade's Top Surgery Fund

Okay, so it's time for me to get something off my chest. Or rather, my partner does.
His name is Elliott Kade, and he's been through hell this past year. He was diagnosed with Juvenile Dermatomyositis (JDM), which is an autoimmune disorder that attacks every organ in your body, when he was four. He has: lost fifty pounds in a couple of months at the beginning of quarantine because of severe gastroparesis, had multiple surgeries (including a gastric pacemaker), been treated with chemotherapy for around eighteen years because of JDM, and many other things that have weighed him down mentally and physically. During recovery from one of the many surgeries, Elliott Kade almost died after a superficial arterial bleed which caused him to lose around 60% of his blood volume. This isn't even all of what happened in 2020, not to mention the global pancake.
He's known that he wasn't cisgender for over a decade now, but he's only had the courage to come out this year. Since he came out to himself, his dysphoria has grown exponentially, mainly focused on his chest. Top surgery is the one thing that he needs to feel happy and comfortable in his own body, and I want to give it to him after a year of actual hell.
Top surgery is a luxury that not many people can afford, and insurance is one of those obstacles that prevent people from getting this gender-affirming surgery. In his case, insurance won't cover any of the costs, bringing the grand out-of-pocket total to $6,000. We have $1,000 saved up, but I would appreciate help with the rest of the costs. I understand if you can't financially participate right now, but sharing this fundraiser would do wonders.
Please help me help my partner. He deserves this, and I just want to see him happy again.
