Elmar Silzer Heart Surgery Support

Elmar has lived in Laguna Beach for almost 50 years. He has been a fixture around town and you have likely seen him riding his bike everywhere with his tennis racket on his back. Elmar needs our help. He is scheduled to have open heart surgery the end of September for a faulty valve. Although he has Medicare to cover the in-hospital expenses he requires assistance with medical expenses not covered by Medicare. In addition, he is struggling with a loss of income due to his pre-operative physical deterioration and will also need support for a few months post op.   A few of Elmar's friends have organized this fund raiser to assist him in getting through this rough period of his life. If you can help with any amount it would be greatly appreciated. The fund raiser has been set up so that funds raised will go directly into Elmar's bank account.
