Elon Musk Space Flight Center

I'm a 75 year old Army veteran and private pilot living in Austin, TX.  I'm a HUGE fan of Elon Musk and his plan to make humankind a 2-planet species.  My plan is to present a professional study to Cameron County, TX to develop the "Elon Musk Space Flight Center" in Boca Chica patterned after the Kennedy SFC in Florida -- and promote it as the "Gateway to Mars".  The plans would include a tourist center, museum, and launch viewing area -- just like at Kennedy SFC, which I greatly admire.

I hope to get James Cameron involved as the "official historian" documenting these momentus times and create a real sense of urgency that will be brought into the living room of every family on Earth by Starlink.  James Cameron and Elon Musk rode the NASA Vomit Comet together so are friends.  James Cameron needs to be aboard the SpaceX Starship that flies Yusaku Maezawa and 20 friends around the Moon in 2023.

I recently started the "eMUSKeteers Fan Club" Website: https://emusketeersfanclub.com/?p=31  I hope the Website will help bring all Elon Musk fans together.  If properly organized, there are probably enough of us already to help pressure Congress and NASA to get fully onboard with Elon's dreams or at least get out of his way.

My son asked "why $1M?".  I have no idea what it will cost to hire a professional, accredited firm to do the planning and will need help finding the right company.  ALL donations will be used to pay the firm.  ANY/ALL remaining funds will be donated to the proposed "SpaceX Gateway to Mars Museum".  A "not for profit" organization will be created if needed, and full accountability provided for all donations regardless.  I will keep none of the donations for myself.  I probably have a better chance of winning the lottery than making the above a reality -- but I have to try.
