Elowyn Jean Walthall

My name is Bri and I’m fundraising for my friends Kevin, Paige and their daughter Maggie. Their precious youngest daughter Elowyn Jean went home to Jesus on Sept 30, 2023 after a long fought battle with Leukemia. She was 16 months old, so bright and beautiful. This family has shown the world what it means to have relationship with Jesus, while going through the unimaginable. I’m hopeful that we can take some of the financial burden away from them as they grieve and walk the path of learning how to do life without their baby, something no family should go through. Funds would go towards funeral arrangements, hospital bills, groceries, etc.

In Paige’s own words:

She was the best of us. Taken too soon. My darling baby, Elowyn Jean, passed away 9/30 around 4pm within the snuggling embrace of me and Kevin and some of Elowyn’s ‘people’. She knew we were with her as we walked her through the final stage of this long 13-month journey she has traveled. She was never alone, not for one moment. She is loved beyond measure. Treasured, cherished. My heart is broken into a thousand pieces and even if I could put them back together, the Elowyn-shaped piece will be forever missing. I’m a different person now, having bourn her and having seen her slip through the terrible grasp cancer had on her. I wanted so badly for her future to be long and beautiful and a testament to the power of prayer and the marvels of scientific advancement. She has touched so many lives with her story and we are grateful for that.
