Elvis, my baby is really sick at MassVet

Anyone who knows me knows that Elvis is my baby. Recently, he has been very sick first battling pneumonia and then what we thought was pancreatitis is turning out to be something worse he hast to have so many tests, ultrasounds, bloodwork, CAT scans... and the cost to stay at mass. Vet is no joke never mind the cost of all the diagnostics. I would never do this but I need the help so badly to get him through this. I don't know what I would do without him. Please help me if you can. Anything at all will help.
