EM Daggett Elementary's New Sound System

FWISD's oldest school building is updating its beautiful 1926 auditorium this year. The District is refinishing our hardwood floors and repainting the walls. Last year they installed new stage curtains. To go with the beautiful facelift, the EM Daggett Elementary PTA is raising funds to purchase and install a state-of-the-art commercial-grade sound system. Currently, the auditorium has NO working sound system which impairs the school’s ability to have enjoyable assemblies, parent meetings, musical performances and theatrical productions. A new sound system will significantly add to the quality of the students’ school experience. Public schools are lifelines for so many children. The staff and children deserve the best tools to help them achieve a high-quality, equitable education.
