Emergency Aid for Teranga's Head Chef, Hamidou

Yesterday afternoon our Head Chef, Hamidou, received a phone call while at Teranga that his apartment was on fire. Hadmidou rushed home to The Bronx (1103 Castle Hill Avenue) to his apartment of 12 years and found his building engulfed in flames. His apartment was completely destroyed and he lost all of his and his daughter's belongings. The Red Cross has put him in a hotel overnight however that support is only temporary.

We are asking the extended Teranga family and your networks to help support Chef Hamidou in any way that you can.

Teranga management initiated this Go Fund Me and will direct 100% of funds will go directly to Chef Hamidou and his daughter to buy them clothes, other life essentials, and basic furnishing for their next living situation.
