Emergency assistance for Kayla Theis & Roy Shover

Hi! my name is Adriana Theis and I am creating this go fund me to get some emergency assistance to my sister who tragically lost everything in the wildfires in Maui, Hawaii. The morning of the of August 8th my sister Kayla started her day as normal she noticed the cell service was out. She went to the gym in the city where she knew service would be open and while there she was contacted by a neighbor saying they had to evacuate. These fires came on so quickly due to power lines down from high winds from Hurricane Dora. There was no warning … The whole historic town of Lahaina where she lived is GONE.

She had to evacuate to another island to find a hotel to stay until she can get back to the area to see if anything is salvageable from her apartment.

Kayla does not like to ask for help but we know she literally has nothing but her car and the gym clothes on her back.

All funds will go towards her getting clothes and the necessities and help with shelter expenses as she will be staying in hotels etc until she can get things arranged to return to the mainland.
