Emergency brain surgery for Alec

Hi everyone, I am organizing this fundraiser for my little brother Alec Middleton. He is 11 years old and is the most loving, caring, kindhearted, and happiest boy we’ve ever met! Recently, he started getting headaches which we thought would pass. After doctors telling him he just needs to stay hydrated we thought it was nothing. On August 10th he had a severe migraine that led to throwing up and delusion. We took him to the doctor who recommended he went to Primary Children’s to get a brain MRI. Today, August 11th, he got a 2 hour long MRI which led to the discovery of a golf ball sized brain tumor at the back of his brain. He is being transferred to the ICU tonight and being admitted into an emergency 7 hour brain surgery in the morning. He will be in the ICU for the following 7 days for recovery if everything goes smoothly. Unfortunately we don’t have insurance and are self employed.
