Emergency Funding for the King Family - WNC Helene Flooding

Hello, my name is Justice Arotin and recently my family has been devastated by the flooding of the Asheville area from Hurricane Helene. They have lost their homes, pets, memories and their overall livelihoods from this disaster that took place. My grandmother, aunt, uncle, cousins and their little one were able to survive and be rescued by my Dad and brother from the floods when rescuers were not able to get to them. They now have nothing and are currently trying to start over from scratch at my parents' home in Georgia.

It'll take awhile for my family to feel some sense of normalcy, however for them, life will never be the same. They have been uprooted from the land my family has lived on for generations, land that it will take years to clean and rebuild. Some will probably never return and have to start anew elsewhere.

The reason for starting this GoFundMe is to help them get the immediate essentials that they need. Food, clothes, medicine, beds, you name it... they need it. Any further money raised will go to them restarting their lives. Hopefully with everyone's help, we can at least get them started in the right direction. Thank you to everyone in advance.
