Emergency Fundraiser for Brianna Mike & Family

Brianna Mike had a stroke on June 30, 2023, due to an Arteriovenous Malformation. She was immediately flown to the Swedish Hosplital-Cherry Hill Campus, Neurology Critical Care Unit, in Seattle. Brianna had two catheter procedures from the wrist into the brain and one surgery called a craniotomy. The procedure was to identify the problem and give a temporary fix. The craniotomy, which was much more invasive, was to give a permanent fix to the Arteriovenous Malformation.

Her fiance, Derrick Sinyon, booked a flight as soon as possible. Soon after, Derrick booked a flight for their daughter to provide more emotional support.

Brianna spend over 8 days at the Swedish Hosptital and was discharged on July 10th. She will need to stay in Anchorage for an indefinite time to recover more and continue therapy.

Derrick and Brianna has used up their finances and credit cards up to make sure Brianna is provided for.

This fundraiser is to help them with the loss of salary, bills and to get their immediate family back to Alaska. Because Brianna will have to stay in Alaska for recover, the family will need assistance for lodging during lodging, food, and travel from and to Anchorage from home in Gakona, AK.
