Please Help Me Save My Family From The Israeli War in Gaza

Hello, I am Ameer, a 25 year old Palestinian man from Gaza City.
In the midst of chaos and destruction, stories of resilience and hope shine. This is the story of my family trapped in Gaza amidst the horrors of war, desperately searching for a way out to rebuild their shattered lives. I reach out to you in the most urgent times. My family and I are currently in Gaza, facing difficult circumstances resulting from the effects of the genocide in Gaza and the ongoing catastrophe of displacement.
Unfortunately, we do not have the luxury of choice.
Lives are too precious and irreplaceable. In order to overcome death, we must pay a lot of money that we do not have so that we can evacuate Gaza and rebuild our home.
Imagine losing everything you hold dear in an instant. This is the harsh reality my family faced when bombs tore through our neighbourhood, leaving behind nothing but rubble and despair. We were lucky to escape with our lives, but the devastation was indescribable. Our vibrant home has been reduced to ashes, our possessions have been scattered, and the painful loss of our loved ones has taken its toll on our hearts.
Now, we find ourselves in a constant state of fear and uncertainty, living in a cramped tent, struggling to make ends meet, and haunted by the memories of what we have endured. But in the midst of darkness, we refuse to lose hope. We cling to our dreams, no matter how distant they may seem and strive to create a better future for our children.
You can be the architects of hope, weaving a cloak of resilience and strength to protect my family from further harm. Please open your hearts and reach out to those who need it most.
Your support can make a life-changing difference and bring light to the darkest days.
Thank you for your generosity and kindness.
The money will be used to:
Buy food and drink amidst the famine and blockade that has been in place for over 11 months..
My sick father, Wael suffers from heart disease (high heart enzymes) and needs to take medication on a permanent basis. Treatment costs between £300 and £500 per month.
Crossing the Egyptian border costs between £5000 and £7000 per person. We are 11 people and so the total will be £77,000.
Rebuilding our house = £18,000.
Our tent that we live in, our only shelter:
After our home was destroyed we had no choice but to flee to the unknown. We used the last of our savings to buy a tent (even the tent, which was supposed to be a humanitarian aid item, we had to purchase ourselves!).
The tent provides no protection and lacks the basics for living. We had no other choice but to set it up to protect our family and preserve what little we had left.
Daily Hardships
In Gaza, we cook food using fire due to the scarcity of gas, and the continuous search for clean water is a major challenge. These harsh conditions make life a constant struggle and cause much suffering.
Call for Help
This is the separation wall that separates us from Egypt!
We cannot leave Gaza due to travel costs and expenses. In our quest to rebuild our lives and restore what we can from our home and belongings that were completely destroyed, we appeal to you, our human brothers and sisters, for help.
Every contribution, whether large or small, is a lifeline that can pull us from this abyss. Join us in breaking the chains that bind us to this torment. Be a ray of hope for me and my family. Your support is not just financial aid but a source of hope in our sorrow.
