Emergency funds for a family of 6.

We are starting this fundraiser for a beautiful family of 5 children and a single mom in Ottawa, Ontario, who on November 13, 2023, lost their home to a house fire.

Forced to leave their home without even clothes on their backs (some of the children were in the bath at the time), our friend now finds herself homeless and without any belongings for her or her 4 small children, two of which are autistic. Making matters worse, she has no family to help her, just friends and temporary support from the local community services that is sure to run out at some point.

We are now asking the global community to help this deserving family by donating whatever you can to help them recover and restart. This family needs to know that there are people out there that care about them and can help them, even if in the smallest of ways. Especially now that the snow has started to fall in Ottawa and the holiday period will soon be upon us.

Dylana, we love you, and we will try our hardest to keep you and your children together again in a safe, warm place. All funds raised will be used to find this family a new home, and to purchase clothing, food and other essentials that all families need. Anything will help, and any support – financial or otherwise – will be desperately appreciated.
