Help Save Charlotte’s Life

My name is Meghan. Today, my family and I learned that our cherished fur-baby, Charlotte, is suffering from a serious condition known as Pyometra. I had never heard of this until today, so please pardon any inaccuracies, but from what the vet explained, it appears that some dogs are genetically predisposed to this condition, which is hormone-related. The only solution is to remove her uterus. We were completely caught off guard by this news. We exhausted all our resources during the emergency vet visit today, where she underwent an ultrasound, lab tests, injections, and more to provide her with some comfort and hopefully stabilize her until we can gather the funds for the necessary surgery and subsequent care. She urgently needs this surgery to save her life, and it must happen as soon as possible. We are truly desperate and heartbroken. We would be beyond grateful if you could help us in saving her precious life. She is the sweetest, gentlest, and most well-behaved little dog you could imagine. For the four short years she has been with us, she has been our little angel, adventure sidekick, and a ray of sunshine. Please help her continue to live. Her little life cannot end just yet!
