Emergency trip to CA to assist my aunt with cancer

Hello my friends and family (and anyone else that sees this). I never thought I'd be starting a gofundme but a family emergency has arose and we really don't have the funds to travel to California to help assist with care but its needed. My aunt Caroline was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and her health took a turn. After a round of chemotherapy she became tremendously ill and found out she had sepsis and was admitted into ICU. She has started to recover but the sepsis did a number on her heart too. She since has been released from ICU and was released to a rehabilitation unit but she is unable to walk on her own and isnt eating much if at all. She means the world to us and is the only relative on my moms side. My mom, brother and sister are trying to get out there in rounds to help her and give her as much help and care as possible. Being as this is sudden we hadn't had any money saved. The trip is very expensive, it's at least $550 just in gas round trip for me and for Leslie $200 for a hotel 1 night each way, both my sister (Leslie Baxter) and I will be traveling there to help at different times. And that's not even counting expenses while there such as gas and food for her, the kids and I. I estimated that to stay there for a couple weeks its going to at least be $1500 in expenses each for myself and for Leslie when she goes. All funds will be used for travel and caretaking costs.
