Support Food and Shelter for the Aisha Family in Gaza.

Hi Everyone / Salam Alaykum,

My name is Tamer, a Palestinian American student in California. I was fortunate enough to evacuate from Gaza after the 2004 war, but my father, siblings, and many other family members remain in Gaza. I'm reaching out for support to feed and evacuate my 80+ family members (comprising 15 families) and help them rebuild their lives.

Despite exhausting all measures, including seeking help from the embassy, I have faced limitations in aiding my family. They are relying on me for support, and while I've done what I can, I now turn to humanity for further assistance.

My family has endured unimaginable hardships for nearly 8 months. We tragically lost several members, including my dear brother, aunt, cousins, and nephews, to Israeli airstrikes. The anxiety of not knowing their safety, compounded by the daily threat to their lives, is overwhelming. Every day they remain in Gaza brings the terrifying reality of potential loss in the next bombing.

As conditions worsen, this is an urgent plea for help to ensure their safety and evacuation.

Thank you for your consideration and support.

Despite enduring relentless bombardment and devastation, my family has shown incredible resilience and strength in the face of overwhelming hardship. Their homes, belongings, savings, livelihoods, workplaces, schools, places of worship, and loved ones in Gaza have been utterly destroyed. Initially relocated to southern Gaza, deemed a safe zone but now threatened as Israeli military operations move south, they are once again displaced. With no safe zones left in Gaza, urgent evacuation to Egypt is imperative.

Amidst ongoing genocide, my family suffers humiliation, starvation, lack of clean water, electricity, internet, and inadequate medical care. They are denied basic human rights and necessities, currently residing in makeshift tents and separated to mitigate the risk of losing all in one bombing. The cost of food and goods in Gaza has skyrocketed as aid remains scarce. They witness continuous destruction, death, and endure white phosphorus attacks, facing severe emotional and psychological trauma with uncertain recovery prospects. No one should endure such conditions.

My family consists of innocent civilians deserving to live, grow old, achieve their dreams, and see their children and grandchildren flourish. Since departing Gaza in 2004, reuniting with them has been fraught with challenges. I earnestly hope for the opportunity to see them again, share meaningful time together, and create lasting memories.

Our initial goal was to safely evacuate my family from Gaza to Egypt, and we have successfully relocated my brother Wael and his family there. Unfortunately, the borders are now closed, making further evacuations impossible. Therefore, all incoming donations will now be directed towards providing essential support for my family who remain in Gaza.

I am reaching out to raise funds to ensure they have food and basic necessities amidst these dire conditions. The ultimate goal is to relocate them to Egypt, where they have sought refuge from imminent danger. However, they are facing exorbitant fees of approximately $5,000 to $10,000 per person to leave Gaza through Ya Hala Company, as travel agencies take advantage of the situation by inflating prices.

Funds will also be used to provide food, shelter, clothing, and support for rebuilding their lives. It's important to note that these funds will support 15 families of the Aisha family. If you are interested in directly sponsoring a family, please contact me, and I will facilitate direct communication with them so you can offer your assistance.
