Bury Vietnam Deported Veteran in the US

We created this GoFund me for Francisco Rodarte, who is a Vietnam U.S. Army Veteran Specialist honorably discharged in 1974 and currently living in exile since 2002 in Queretaro, Central Mexico.

Rodarte suffered a minor stroke and a heart attack recently. He was hospitalized last night and is currently in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). 

By Doctor's orders, he requires open-heart surgery to live. As a deported veteran, he lacks necessary access to proper VA care, and we are asking you to consider donating to keep him alive. Although Rodarte has the Seguro Popular in Mexico, it will not cover the procedure. 

Funds would greatly help offset the financial burden on his family during this tough time. We are asking for 15,000 because the cost of an open heart procedure in Mexico costs approximately US$13,00 dollars alone. Any amount helps and is really appreciated.
