EMERGENCY: HELP ME EVACUATE MY FAMILY FROM GAZA

Dear everyone who cares about humanity,

I am writing this to you in a time of urgent and necessary need. My family of fourteen is currently in Gaza, facing unimaginable circumstances. My family and I are desperately seeking your support to help them evacuate to safety.

Currently living far from my family, I find myself thousands of miles away, feeling helpless as my family endures the hardships of the ongoing crisis in Gaza. The situation has become increasingly bad, and I fear for their safety daily. Since October 7th, my family has been evacuated inside Gaza countless times, back and forth, witnessed death countless times, and yet miraculously made it through. For the past 32 hours, my family has been trapped in Khan Yunis. They miraculously managed to escape to Rafah, leaving everything behind, saving only their lives. Some of my cousins were taken hostage, others were executed, and my cousins are still trapped in shelter centers and cannot move due to the siege. I am in dire need of evacuating those who escaped from them, and they are now in the streets of Rafah, without a tent or a safe place to stay, and every second they are in... Gazans are seconds close to death.

I started this GoFundMe campaign as a desperate plea to raise $200,000 to facilitate my family's evacuation to Egypt. Below is a breakdown of the funds:

$140,000 is solely to coordinate permits and crossing fees: The bulk of the funds, $140,000, are needed to cover expenses associated with obtaining permits to leave Gaza and the crossing fees required at the Egypt-Gaza border in Rafah. This amount amounts to $10,000 per person. We will prioritize children first.

Breakdown of Costs:

1- Exit coordination for each person: $10,000 x 14 = 140,000

The 60,000$ leftover will cover:

2- Immigration lawyer fees

3- Residence in Cairo for 3-4 weeks while awaiting papers:

4- Airline tickets for 14 people

5-Settlement expenses (for the first two months until finding a job) include (rent, furniture, winter equipment to

adapt to the weather, health coverage, living costs)

6- Accommodation costs

Your donation, no matter how small, will have a huge impact and contribute to reuniting my family in a safe environment. The funds raised will be used transparently and efficiently to ensure every dollar goes towards securing their evacuation.
