Emergency Help me and my family to return to life as we were

‏My name is Suhail Al-Asaad. I am 45 years old, the head of a family consisting of my wife, a housewife, and my three children, the oldest of whom is 20 years old and the youngest is 13 years old.

‏I am a bodybuilding coach at Oxygen Gym previously, and then at Ortho Gym, and a player for the Palestine national team. I represented my country in the last three years in five international tournaments and won 12 gold and silver medals.

my goal was to continue competing in the world championship until I reach the Mr. Olympia stage, but everything became like a mirage

‏In the beginning, the Ortho Gym, my entire workplace, was bombed, and my dreams and source of livelihood evaporated with it. Then my house, which I bought through installments that I had not finished paying, was damaged.

‏With the intensification of the bombing, we have no place. My family and I, in addition to my sick mother, live in a tent in difficult conditions, intense heat in the morning and extreme cold at night, with a lack of healthy food and a clean environment, and the lack of provision of the minimum necessities of life.

‏We have now entered the sixth month without money, food, or even aid, all of which are available on the black market at high prices

‏My family and I are between dying from tank shells or aircraft missiles on the one hand, or dying from hunger and widespread diseases.

‏Therefore, we only have God and prayers, then you and your help in providing the means of life and rebuilding dreams and hopes, and I have full hope in your humanity, which is known to us ❤️

‏$50 will help us purchase clean water for the family

‏$100 will help us buy food to feed the family;

‏$250 will help us buy the medicines we need for the family;

‏$300 will buy a bag of flour that will help us make bread;

‏$500 will help us find a safe place to shelter in a tent;

‏$2,000 can help us start planning to rebuild our homes for the benefit of the family;

‏$5,000 can enable one person to cross the border if they obtain a visa to enter a third country;

‏The amount of $10,000 can enable Suhail to build a sports club for his livelihood, achieve his dreams, and complete his professional career.

انا مدرب كمال اجسام في نادي اوكسجين جيم سابقا وبعدها بنادي اورثو جيم ولاعب منتخب فلسطين ومثلت بلدي في ثلاث سنوات الاخيرة بخمس بطولات دولية وحصلت على 12 ميدالية ذهبية وفضية وكان هدفي ان اكمل المنافسة ببطولة العالم حتى اصل الى مسرح مستر اولمبيا ولكن كل شيئ اصبح كالسراب بعد تاريخ 7 اكتوبر

في البداية تم قصف نادي اورثو جيم مكان عملي بالكامل وتبخرت معه احلامي ومصدر رزقي ثم تضرر منزلي الذي اشتريته عن طريق الاقساط التي لم انته من سدادها

مع شدت القصف ولا يوجد مكان لدينا نعيش انا واسرتي بالاضافة لوالدتي المريضة بخيمة بظروف صعبة شدة الحر صباحا والبرودة الشديدة ليلا مع قلة الاكل الصحي والبيئة النظيفة وعدم توفير ادنى مقومات الحياة

ونحن الان دخلنا بالشهر السادس دون مال ولا غذاء ولا حتى مساعدات كلها موجودة بالسوق السوداء باسعار خيالية

دخلنا الآن الشهر السادس بلا مال ولا طعام ولا حتى مساعدات، وكلها متوفرة في السوق السوداء وبأسعار مرتفعة

أنا وعائلتي بين الموت بقذائف الدبابات أو صواريخ الطائرات من جهة، أو الموت من الجوع والأمراض المنتشرة.

لذلك ليس لنا إلا الله والدعاء، ثم أنتم ومساعدتكم في توفير وسائل الحياة وإعادة بناء الأحلام والآمال، وكلي أمل في إنسانيتكم التي نعرفها ❤️
