Anyone who knows John and I know would tell you that we have Never taken a hand out ever and have always donated every time we have had the means to. We've always paid our debts and then some. We've worked hard all our working lives and lived our lives ethically and with generosity and compassion towards others.

It is with humility and desperation that we've created this page as, despite every effort, we have found ourselves in a situation which we cannot seem digging ourselves out of...

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

We need help.

My husband recently suffered serious medical conditions, including four which are life-threatening.

Sepsis, where the infection lodged into his heart and did severe damage to the mitral valve (and possible NStemi MI-ie heart attack) which will require surgery in the near future as with the entirety of all that is going on, Dr's feel is too risky to address at this time. DVTs in both legs; CKD which sepsis rendered him into dialysis status; muscle atrophy, which will require intensive physical therapy; fungal infection; and UTI. He has a long road ahead and the future is precarious and not looking hopeful at all financially despite great efforts and unforeseen circumstances.

All this compounded following an already difficult situation of having a second home up for sale for over two years which we're getting no offers for due to a precarious housing market in Florida. We were managing to keep up with having two households to fund through working overtime and managed to make ends meet. Now that John is unable to work, ends continue to fall short and are putting us deeper into a desperate place.

Considering this recent medical condition has put us in crisis mode where any hope to manage everything on our own is no longer possible. Medical bills will be coming in soon, and the issues we had prior to this recent medical condition have exhausted almost all of our savings. We now find ourselves in a crisis situation as we are sinking and sinking fast.

This has put us in a desperate place, and this is our last resort to manage all that we are contending with.

This is our final hope.
